Pharmacy Weight Loss Dewsbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to patients in Dewsbury and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we determine that a treatment is clinically unsuitable for you. Our prescribers may request additional information or documentation before approving any prescription.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers. Prescriptions are only issued following a satisfactory online consultation and clinical review.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and immediate termination of your account. We cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions remain the property of the issuing prescriber and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without our agreement.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Your card will be charged upon submission of your order. If your consultation is declined by our prescribing team, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued within 5–10 working days. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked postal or courier services to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensing has commenced, we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund on the medication, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services complement but do not replace the care of your regular GP or healthcare provider.
